Hypnotherapy Success!

Two years ago I was over 16 stone and not able to lose weight even though I tried lots of dieting, diet plans, and spent way too much on supplements and appetite suppresants. I just couldn’t ever control my eating.


Finally I came across using hypnotherapy and bought a book on it. I saw a hypnotherapist a few times to get started and found it very relaxing. It made a difference to my whole outlook on life and food.

Very soon I was able to stick to a diet that I’d tried many times to do. It wasn’t always easy, and it wasn’t any sort of miracle cure. But gradually the hypnosis techniques seemed to build up my will power.

After a few months I was really losing weight and I didn’t have the usual cravings for food. It felt natural and I started to find it easier to stick to the diet.

After a year I’d lost 4 stone and was getting towards my ideal weight. Now I’m finding it easy to stay at a good weight, and though I still have little relapses I just use the hypnotherapy techniques I learnt and start getting back on track again. It was well worth the small investment to learn how to control my eating.
